Serena and Crissy have been friends for over 15 years. They balance and complement each other with their personalities and temperament which is why they work so well as a team. Together they bring years of experience in the arts, arts management, project management, and organization.
After years of volunteering at their childrens’ schools and in the community, Serena and Crissy started on a quest to take their expertise and passions and translate them into a business.
Separately, Serena and Crissy have moved several times over the years and have assisted family members with their relocations.
Crissy graduated from Tufts University with a BA in Art History and received an MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University Teacher’s College. Crissy worked in Business Development at Sotheby’s Auction House and then translated her organizational skills to work in Human Resources at Booz, Allen & Hamilton in Financial Services.
Serena graduated with a BA in History from Yale University and a MA in the History of Decorative Arts from Parsons School of Design/Cooper-Hewitt Museum. Serena worked in the Education Department at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, was the Director of Membership at The Autry Museum of Western Culture, worked at Sotheby’s Auction House in the Americana Department, appraised items in the Books and Photographs Department at Doyle Galleries, and most recently was a Decorative Arts Appraiser at O’Toole-Ewald Associates in New York City.
