TV Room Madness
The Guys really delivered, we had a living space issue that we needed a really nice solution to, the TV would just not fit on the wall and we had no idea what to do with wires, power and all the cables. The Guys showed and did some very quick analysis, they had some drawing and an approach done that day, we did some quick assessment and off they went, two weeks later the solution was unique and very positive, and a great value. I would and have recommended their work to several friends and family.
Room with a View
Our home had a significant amount of space that was unused and not providing any living space value, we had an expanding family unit, and need a cost effective solution for a unique design/problem. The Guys showed up and spent a great deal of their time working with us to collaborate, and design a solution to creating a bedroom and loft. There were small issues all along the way and the guys were completely focused on landing on a shared responsibility for work a-rounds or design changes that met all of our needs. These GUYs ARE THE BEST!!!
Basement Drop Ceiling
We wanted to do some improvements and needed to do it in stages, we had a very limited budget and these guys came and worked with us to understand our needs and our preferred phased approach for optimizing cash flow. These guys understood our schedule needs and our preferred financing approach. If only we had found you a few years ago! I guess everything happens for a reason. Thanks Guys!!!
Hardwood Floors Throughout (from carpet to comfort)
We had purchased an older home and need to find some ways to improve the interior air quality, along with improving the investment value of our home. We had small children and allergy issues. The carpets had to go, but we just were not sure of the right approach, the cost and the disruption to our daily lives, the guys from above and beyond really came through, we had little impact to our lives during the work and the transformation was simply amazing. The effort probably added $20K to the value of our home for a cost of .50 cents on the dollar, not too mention the time it takes to clean the house is half, and the air quality is so much better. This so well above and beyond our expectations!! Thank You Guys!!
Patio and Deck (high and low places combine)
We had purchased a new home a few years ago and never really had the time or the money to add the deck and patio for our walk-out basement. The guys took a $30,000 job and turned it into half of that, with superior timing and completion quality. The quotes I got from other were so scary I was afraid to even look at another contracting firm. These guys are truly amazing and helpful. These guys will be in my address book for ever, they are that good!!
House Painting
We had not painted our home for about 5 years. We looked into those house coating systems that would last for 15 years. The cost was beyond crazy. We had been referred to A&B through friends, the guys showed when they said, started the job on the agreed time and completed the job on time, and on budget. I am not saying that there are not other companies that do this, just that in my lifetime I have never seen one, Ernie and Todd Great Job and Thank you for making our home upgrade(painting) a pleasure, you guys are the best anywhere !!
