Our State of Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor's licenses and fully liability insurance are proof of our commitment to your safety before we even enter your home. All work-persons, equipment, materials, construction areas and actions on every job site are fully insured under our insurance policy to be absolutely sure that your, our customer, are protected.
Free Estimates
We don't charge until the hammer swings. All of our estimates are free of charge until the contract is signed. This includes all consultation, design and prospective material gathering.
About Our Team
Ernest and Todd are both 10 year veterans and employees of much larger firms. Todd actually used to work for the guys that built Raymour and Flanigan Furniture stores, Ernie also work in construction and site construction for a much larger firm. Both guys independently notice a significant lack of quality and attention to detail. They knew they needed to start their own firm if they were going to live up to their own high standards. Above and Beyond came about after two old friends decided their class of work was the only work that mattered!
Todd and Ernie have built up a trusted network of outside expertise to handle the most unique and intricate of jobs, like roofing and uncommon pluming, or serious electrical & home theater designs. This approach gives them confidence to handle any job while ensuring the customer receives the highest quality for the lowest price! These guys can do anything from intricate dormers for a great room to ventless free fire places to complete bathroom and kitchen remodeling. All done while you live at home and experience the minor inconvenience.
Some of the largest and most important work done over the past several years has been custom kitchen and bathroom designs for the DOD and the Veterans Administration for motion challenged veterans. The team has delivered large custom decks and outdoor patios with intricate designs and layouts. A semi safe room and custom office, with hidden panels and hidden storage/safes. One of the largest projects has been a custom finished basements and great room with custom cabinets and 30 foot entertainment center which included closets that hide AV component, storage and still enable a wide variety of functions and devices. No job is too small or too big.
About Their Company Workshop
Their 3500+ sq/ft work shop can handle up to 6 simultaneous projects and custom build outs. The Guys "collectively" have aquired many significant tools and a proffesional paint & staining booth to provide the best factory quality finishes at a most reasonable of prices, their gift and workmanship are obtainable even if you don't live in a 10,000 square foot home in Fairfield County.
About Their LandScaping and Winter Site Services
Erie and Todd have spent a lot of time with their customers; most importantly the guys have heard their customers issues with most contractors and companies they have dealt with. So over the past 5-6 years they have heard the messages and have diversified their approaches to their service offerings, by adding Landscaping and Site maintenance to their company service offering. Plantings, Annual Mulch or Seeding, Spring Cleaning or Flower Gardens, and residential and commercial mowing or fertilizing. Lawn care and ground maintenance is just the extension of the quality of your property built but on the outside; why not maintain it with the same quality as your insides.
The Guys are also into winter property maintenance with snow plows and snow blowers, So if you do not what to deal with it on vacation or all winter season long, these guys can handle the effort. They have new vehicles and snow plows and snow blowers to tackle the largest of parking lots to the smallest of sidewalks.
